Hi Tim,

You can only use the action properties and multimedia on PDF Printer Pro, they are not enabled on PDF Printer FREE.
If you're using PDF Printer Pro and the action properties are still disabled this is because you either:
1. did not launch PDF Printer Pro from the MS-Word toolbar button
2. did not include a recognised file format .avi, .mov, .mp4, .mpeg, .swf or .flv

I hope this helps.

Hi,

I can not set the action properties. I attach a video or audio file in the word file but it does not work. I tried it with 3 different Windows XP PCs. What Configuration is necessary? What version of Java or ? is needed to have it working?

Hi Ashi,

You need to first put your audio or video file in your word document.
Then when you start PDF Printer Pro from the toolbar in Ms-Word you can set the actions on a per audio or per video file by opening the multimedia tab and selecting your multimedia file from the drop-down box.

Thanks,
Sean
